Beach yoga is a fun way to experience the healing benefits of yoga while enjoy the sand, the sun, and the ocean waves!
No yoga mat is needed, a large beach towel or blanket is recommended.
Don't forget to apply sunscreen, bug spray, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Walk-ins are welcome but registration is recommended.

No beach badges are required at these times and parking along J Street and nearby streets are free.
