Event Description

Stretch and flow through a 45-minute mixed-level yoga class while adorable rescue puppies and dogs wander freely, sharing cuddles and puppy kisses.

After the session, enjoy 15 minutes of "snuggasana" time, where you can relax on your mat, meet the pups up close, and soak in the furry affection.

Bring your own mat or towel for comfort, and be prepared for limited space that ensures a cozy, engaging atmosphere.

The only dogs on the class floor will be the rescues, and no food or treats are permitted to keep them safe and focused.

Participants should be age 12 or older, with younger attendees welcome if they can behave appropriately during class while accompanied by a guardian.
