Event Description

Enjoy a day of family-friendly activities that mix museum exploration, creative play, and hands-on art-making.

Join a guided Creative Play experience for ages 2 to 5 with mini gallery adventures, storytelling prompts, and a simple craft.

Explore colors, shapes, and textures inspired by the Arts of Global Africa collection, then create your own beaded masterpiece.

Drop in for family activities that celebrate artists of African descent from around the world.

Learn to make your own paper beads and leave with something you made.

Bring kids ages 5+ for the paper bead activity, and plan for little learners to have their own creative play track earlier in the day.
