Event Description

Come decorate some sweet and amazing July 4th cookies with us! In this class we will decorate 6 amazing cookies to make up a gorgeous cookie platter:

• 2 Small fireworks
• 2 Large fireworks
• 1 Hug Monster
• 1 House Heart Flag

As in all of our cookie workshops, we provide a step by step "how to ice" demonstration of each cookie, then each participant decorates their own version. This class with demonstrate and focus on one of our favorite cookie icing techniques: marbleizing! Icing, decorating candy and all supplies included. Participants take home a box of cookies they decorated.

Cookie icing will begin promptly at 7pm. As in all of our cookie workshops, Dani provides a step by step "how to ice" demonstration of each cookie, then each participant decorates their own version. All supplies included. Ages 10 and up. Registration for this event will close Friday, June 23rd. 8 spaces available. This class will be approx. 1.5 to 2 hours long. Only ticket holders will be seated at our tables and there is limited space in the icing area for standing. Oak Hill Farms has a curfew so we will have a hard out at 9pm- please arrive at 6:30 to shop beforehand and coffee and snacks from the coffee bar

Cookie Workshop FAQ:

Age Requirements: This class is great for adults and kiddos 10 and up.

Ticket holders at Icing Tables Only: Due to room capacity and social distancing constraints we are only able to accommodate cookie icers at our icing and demo tables. If you would like to be seated with other cookie icers who are registered under another name, please let us know in advance (the week before) as we pre-assign seating for each workshop and can not accommodate last minute seat changes.

Timing: Seating in the Barn for the workshop will begin at 6:45. We can not accommodate any earlier arrivals as we often need quiet time to prep before class begins.

Food & Beverage: No outside food allowed. The coffee bar at the Oak Hill Farms Barn will be open serving delicious beverages and snacks. Do not miss their delicious organic coffee!

Cookie Allergy Disclaimer: Sweet Dani B cookies are preservative free and are baked with the freshest ingredients, including: butter, eggs, sugar, flour, and a few secret ingredients that make them extra yummy. Our recipe does not include nuts but our cookies and icing is made in a kitchen where nuts are present. In the workshop we will be using various candies to decorate our cookies as well as royal icing which is made with sugar and meringue powder. We are not able to offer vegan or GF cookies at this workshop.

Parking: Free parking for Oak Hill Farms is located in front of the Barn.

Refunds: Due to limited seating and the individual prep work required for each cookie icer in attendance, our cookie workshops are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to transfer your seat to someone else. In some cases, we can pack up your cookies to go for you to DIY at home as an alternate option to transferring your seat, or we can decorate your cookie set for you and make arrangements for you to pick them up. Otherwise not be able to offer refunds.
