Prepare in advance by having your site open, your WordPress admin area ready, and a clear list of problems you'd like to address.

Volunteers will do their best to assist, but they're not liable for issues that may arise, especially on live production sites—bring a backup or use a staging version if possible.

Avoid bringing client or business sites that can't afford a risk.

Parking is limited—avoid the United Way lot behind the library to prevent getting ticketed, and opt for street or deck parking instead.
