Event Description
Prepare for a homeschool program honoring Black History Month, including stories about Jackie Robinson along with a fun baseball themed craft.
As the first African-American to play in Major League Baseball, Robinson paved the way for integration in professional sports and became an iconic figure in American sports history.
Beyond his career on the field, he was a civil rights activist and strived to inspire the generations that came after him.
This event is intended for ages 4 to 8, accompanied by a caregiver.
Registration is required and please register each child individually.
