Join a variety of yoga classes guided by some of Hoboken's most beloved instructors, each offering a unique way to deepen your connection to body and breath.

Unwind with a rejuvenating sound bath, then cap off the experience with a soul-stirring Kirtan.

Enjoy the spirit of the summer solstice through movement, mindfulness, and shared purpose.

Donations from this event will benefit Companion Animal Placement (CAP), a nonprofit that rescues animals from shelters, abusive situations, and abandonment, helping them find loving forever homes.

The first 100 donors contributing $33 or more will receive a goodie bag packed with thoughtful gifts and special offers.
