Dive into a multi-day festival packed with championship barbecue competitions, live cooking demonstrations, special displays, and a variety of food and beverage vendors to satisfy every taste and appetite.

Featuring national and regional blues musicians enjoy live entertainment and performances on the outdoor main stage and additional acts in neighboring establishments.

Compete or cheer on participants in the championship competition, sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society, where over $10,000 in cash and prizes are up for grabs. The Grand Champion will have the chance to compete in the world-renowned American Royale.
