Event Description

Participate in a certified 5K course or cheer on the little ones in the Kids' Race to support LGBTQ youth and families.

All children ages 3-9 years old are eligible for the Kids' Race.  Depending on the number of participants, the Kids' Race may be divided into heats based on age (distance may be adjusted based on age group as well).

Within each age group, the runners with the top three times in each of the three gender categories (female, male, and nonbinary) will be awarded a medal.

Experience a community coming together for a cause, where everyone is welcome to run, walk, or just have fun.

What is Pride Month?

June is Pride Month, a cultural celebration to honor and uplift the LGBTQIA+ community, and to acknowledge the important contributions and struggles of its members. Colorful parades, rallies, and festivals mark the month-long celebration throughout New Jersey. The term "LGBTQIA+" stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, Intersex, and Asexual.
