Get ready for an evening spent in a supportive, compassionate and nourishing circle for mothers seeking a safe space to commune with others who understand what they are experiencing.

Expect a relaxing guided meditation, a "present moment" check-in, and other helpful practices to nourish the "Mother Soul", utilizing breath, sound, and gentle movement.

This class is donation-based and open to all mothers with children of any age.
