Event Description

Embark on a transformative wellness journey with Chantel and Dí.  

Immerse yourself in 90 minutes of Pilates and Sound Healing, curated to center around self-love.

40 minutes will be dedicated to alignment-focused Pilates, sculpting and releasing tension, followed by 25 minutes of heart-nourishing sound healing. 

The remaining 25 minutes offer a space for connection and discussion over light refreshments.
