Event Description

Through captivating storytelling and unique perspectives, this documentary sheds light on the extraordinary journey behind Satchel Paige in the world of baseball. 

Paige was the first black pitcher to play in the American League, seventh black player to play in Major League Baseball and the first Negro leagues player to pitch in the World Series, giving him his now famous moniker. 

Buckle up for an immersive experience that celebrates the resilience, talent, and impact of "The Pitching Man."

This screening is intended for adults and seniors.
