Empower yourself with a new sense of awareness and confidence through RAD Women, a national self-defense course for women. 

Learn to be more aware of potential danger and how to protect yourself. 

RAD Women is a multi-session, activity-based program that includes lectures, safety drills, muscle memory work, and physical defense techniques. 

This course is designed for every woman, regardless of physical fitness and age. 

Please dress in sneakers and comfortable clothing. 

No prior experience is necessary for this course.
