Melanie will guide you through a Yoga Flow linking postures with breath. You will move through sun salutations, warriors, balancing postures, backbends, inversions and relaxing hip openers. All levels are welcome!
We'll have plenty of water / towels / hand sanitizer on hand. Please #BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) as we will not have communal mats. The class will have limited spots and require a reservation.
