Event Description

Join Carolyn for a gentle yoga practice accessible to everybody.

The routine is formulated with mindfulness and proper yoga alignment to ensure safety and create a deeper connection to yourself.

Please bring your own mat/blanket. Yoga blocks are also recommended.

This event is intended for ages 16 and older.

Registration is preferred to keep you up-to-date about class changes, but walk-ins are also welcome if space allows. Space is limited to 20.
